Customer balances
Know who still owes you, and when
Most shops lose more money to uncollected balances than to underpriced jobs. This is the part of Autovena that exists to fix that.
Both sides of the ledger
Customer receivables and supplier payables in one workspace, with total exposure, net position and the number of open accounts at the top.
- Ageing buckets so you can see what is genuinely late
- A collection focus list ranked by overdue amount
- One party card even when the same company both buys from you and supplies you
- Statements as PDF or Excel for any date range
Credit limits that do something
Set a limit, payment terms and a risk level per trade customer. A sale that would breach the limit needs an approval, the approver cannot be the person who requested it, and the decision is written to the audit trail.
Payment promises
When a customer says they will pay on Friday, record it: the date, the amount, who is following it up and what was said. That person gets the reminder the day before, on the day, and again if the promise is missed.
Reconciliation without an argument
Email a statement with a secure link that is valid for thirty days. The customer can confirm the balance or report a difference with a mandatory explanation. Nobody has to dig through a year of paperwork to find out who is right.
